Conveniently located in downtown Ho-Ho-Kus, these classes will prepare you to take the NJ Real Estate Salesperson's Exam. This exam is required in order to work as a real estate agent in the State of New Jersey.

Real Estate Broker Course
Class Overview
A broker*s license is required to be an office manager or to open your own brokerage firm.  This advanced course will offer education on NJ license laws, federal laws, office management, advanced mathematics for real estate, agency, the NAR code of ethics, and many more required topics by the NJ Real Estate Commission.

Class Overview
Advanced training course for licensed New Jersey Real Estate Agents designed to help you to achieve your goals as an experienced  and professional realtor. This 10-session program will catapult your earnings.
